Hi , this might sound strange but I found a great carpet cleaner called folex ! This stuff gets out everything !!! Ink , wine , dust even dried paint ! I start keeping some in a spray bottle and keep it in the laundry room ! It does say to check and see if the material will be colorfast , so far I have had no issues . Good luck !
I used OxyClean for stains of all kinds and it works quite well!

I had navy ink run on brand new light blue pants. NOTHING worked until...fill your washer (only IF you have pre-soak cycles) with the hottest water. Pour the proper pre-soak amount of oxyclean in the bottom of the washer (including a front load washer) and add your chef's jacket. Place a bit less of your normal wash solution in the dispenser to be dispensed after the pre-soak cycle. If stains remain, repeat the process. It took two rounds for me but the ink came out of my pants!
If you don't have a front load with pre-soak for 8 hours or so, fill a plastic tub set inside your bathtub (so you can dump it) with hot water and mix a strong solution of oxyclean into it. Soak your chef's jacket overnight, rinse and wash. Repeat if necessary.
It's important not to send the jacket through the dryer until all stains are gone. Put some white vinegar in the rinse cycle or dryer to remove remnants of soap. You could use bluing but it's really tricky - too easy to turn your white a light blue lol!
Try hydrogen Peroxide it works Miracles
