Borax will kill odorous house ants, and powdered sugar will attract them.
Make a homemade ant bait by thoroughly mixing one part borax with 3 parts powdered sugar.
Fill tiny containers (such as bottle caps) with this homemade ant bait and place them as close to the place where you suspect ants are entering your house. If you see trails of ants, place small containers of the mixture directly in their path.
If you have children or pets/animals that can get into the mixture, soak some cotton balls in the mixture and place in shallow dishes in areas you know the ants are/close to entry points etc
Optiguard Ant Gel bait on Amazon. a few beads of gel the size of a pearl will wipe them out.
Hi Lathika - Those little buggers are relentless, aren't they?!? This is the most effective method and all-natural spray DIY that we use with ants. It's best indoors, but will also work outside with more frequent applications. Hope this helps! Hugs, Holly
