It depends on what you're doing, but I like E6000 for outdoor applications. It's quite strong!

E6000 is wonderful for outdoor projects.
I think Gorilla Glue is the best! But depends on what the project is.

There are some great outside glues. I think one said that it was waterproof. I hope that helps.
