Is your floor wood? Your local hardware store sells repair kits for dinged hardwood floors.
What material is the floor? I got some dings in my vinyl floor. I touched it up with acrylic paint. It didn't fix the ding, but you couldn't see it anymore.
I’ve repaired chips in ceramic tile floors with paintable caulk and then painted to match.
Wood filler and match color w/ furniture marker.
