DIY Tin Roof Gazebo
I looked into this for mine a couple of years ago and ended up buying a replacement one, as it was going to be too costly using wood and anything I could find for DIY didn't seem strong enough. Here is an article that may help. https://www.gardenwinds.com/replacement-gazebo-canopy-c-155.html
I used shade cloth from Home Depot. I carefully took apart the old tattering one and used the panels as a pattern to cut out the shade cloth. Then sewed it together and made reinforced pockets for the posts to slip into to make the cover stay on. It has been used for 5 years now and I take it down in the fall and store inside until spring. It does allow some rain to seep through, but it cost less than $100 to make.
