The pavers on the top step to the right. Everything else seems solid.
How to fix loose stones on paver steps?
Some of the stones have loosened on my step by doorwall. Seems the aggregate around pavers has washed away. How can I fix to prevent more erosion to surrounding pavers?

Hello! You can fill in the spaces using polmeric sand, mortar, or grout. Sand is clearly the easiest and I don't think mortar or grout would be good if your ground freezes.

You could also add an edging piece on either side to keep it from moving.... https://www.google.com/search?client=opera&q=paver+edging&sourceid=opera&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8 ... then add your polymetric sand sweeping it in and water to make it compact.
If some of the areas have washed out underneath you might have to lift them out and add a bit of gravel and sand to level the pavers.
