Use craft paint to make holiday decorations!!! Example l. Christmas...pour a drop or two of red into the jar, roll it around until you cover any areas you want covered. Turn jar upside down to drain excess...turn right side up so it'll dry, repeat with another color...leave lid off of jar, dry until slightly moisten...add glitter...replace lid tie with a ribbon. Bingo! A Chrostmas ornament.
You can do this for any holiday or make candle holders or pour scented wax to make candles.
Hi ! When my son was In kindergarten over 30 yrs ago , he brought home a snow globe made from an old baby food jar. He made a clay snowman and the teacher glue it to the inside jar cap. She filled it with water and glycerin and " snow " screwed the Capone with the snowman inside the jar . She ran a line of hot glue around the cap as a seal and to hold a piece of ribbon. It has held the water all this time. I would try some like this with your jars . I might even try it !
Glue down shells or pine cones or resin holiday figures...Santa, a skeleton , Cupid
Have fun !!!
