Where do you get the towel hooks. You referenced to wait for a sale since they go on sale often but no reference to where.

Towel hooks can be found in any hardware store. They have specific towel hooks in the bathroom department or you can get normal hooks in the hardware section.
Loads of different hooks available on eBay.
Amazon has some great hooks!
