Roxann.....I would check to see if there is a leach law in your area. If so....try to talk to your neighbors and make sure they know there is a law.. This is a very difficult problem but you are being violated and I understand your position! Good luck!

Just talk to your neighbors and explain what their dogs are doing, not a confrontation, but a conversation.
Talking to your neighbors can be a little dicey at times. I would call the local dog pound/county pound and report the situation. Tried to stay anonymous, just provide the address information and description of the dog(s).
