Can you rinse it very well when done?
I’d use hot water and a grease cutter like Dawn.
I use a degreaser like GP66 or Fuller, since they are safe in the kitchen. Then wipe with a damp microfiber, I prefer SuperCloth, for a streak free clean.
I just use hot soapy Dawn water with a sponge, then polish up with glass cleaner.
I use Dawn for any grease problems including my grill. Scrape off or wipe off as much as you can and scrub with Dawn.
