The best thing is to pulled up the cracked tiles & put floor leveler down & retile that area
Unfortunately it sounds like you have a bad tile install. If they keep cracking you will need to pull up a and put down a proper subfloor and retile. There should never be any give in the floor under tile.
To repair the cracks you can fill in with Bondo, sand smooth and paint it to match your tile. If have extra tile, chip up and replace.
really depends what is under the tile----- Wood flooring? plywood subfloor?concrete slab? if the slab has shifted cracked it needs addressed or tiles will continue to crack shift come loose; If wood flooring under it need to check that first ,maybe pull up then put down a proper subfloor or at least repair in area where it's messed up
