Hi Brenda! If it is a stencil you saw in a project, ask your question on the post. If you are looking for stencils in general, I buy mine online, craft stores, and even Walmart and the Dollar Tree.
Hobby Lobby, Michael's, or Amazon are my go to places for them.
Everywhere . . . Craft and hobby stores, some fabric stores, paint stores, home improvement centers, dollar stores, Wal-Mart, Target, and many on line retailers.
I like the convenience of shopping on Amazon.
Sometimes even dollar stores sell stencils, too.
Or make your own?
I find what I need on Amazon, most the local stores are short on "up to date" stencils I like.
I get mine from Cutting Edge Stencils - https://www.idevaffiliate.com/33076/idevaffiliate.php?id=337&url=320

Etsy is amazing for stencils!
I make my own. I find a traceable shape or object online, chromecast it to my tv, tape a light colored paper over the screen and trace it. Then I put the paper on my tile floor and using an exacto knife, I cut the tracing out. And I finish it with a few coats of a spray can of gloss finish (both sides) to protect it and make it last for many uses! Also black silhouettes in the windows make great Halloween decor! Same technique
FYI... if you cannot fine the stencil that you want... you CAN cut your own... you can buy electric stencil tools (looks like a soldering iron with a super pointy tip) and un-cut stencil material (I found mine at Hobby Lobby) print/draw your design on plain paper, place it under a piece of clear glass and use the cutter to "strategically" cut it out.
NOTE: Repositionable Adhesive (Aleene's makes one) will help hold it down... be sure and follow the directions for it will be permanent
Hi Brenda, you can get them pretty much anywhere now, Amazon, Michaels, Walmart, etc! Here is One link for you to check out,
