A fence may be your best bet. You can also sprinkle blood meal or fox urine - check at your local nursery or garden center
I agree with Ann. Most home improvement or garden stores will have some relatively cheap chicken wire-type fencing that should work.
Liquid fence makes a deer & rabbit repellent. It's very effective but stinks.
Fencing, and you can also buy fox urine and put it around the garden.
