What type of backsplash do you want?
Do it yourself. Figure out what you want, Google backsplash ideas, for ideas. Once you do your research, we are here to help.
Backsplashes are a DIY project that involves having or buying, or borrowing the right tools. If you currently have a tile backsplash, removing it will give you a clean slate to work with. Do you want to apply tile, wood, self stick, or panels?
Be aware that what you choose has to be scrubable. Back splashes get a lot of grease.
It depends if the wall that you want it on already has tile or similar that has to be removed. If the wall is just painted drywall and you want it mostly for decoration you could try peel and stick glass tiles that could be a fun addition. Or you can do what I did (although mine's not behind a water source) and create one with dollar store glass.... https://www.girljustdiy.com/dollar-store-glass-backsplash-tutorial/ You could even grout it if you wanted and you can use any color paint.
The other option is to use removable wallpaper or even contact paper. This pattern I chose for a quick decor update would be fun on a backsplash. https://www.girljustdiy.com/super-fast-wooden-tray-update-with-pretty-contact-paper/
