Looks like a oriental plum tree. Will get big fast. Fruit is edible and very sweet.

does it flower? It's much easier to ID with flowers. I love Newcombs to ID plants: https://amzn.to/2SoOyPl

It is some type of honeysuckle/clematis. You may be able to figure it depending where you live. Take some to a local nursery for help.

It looks like a plant that I've had coming up everywhere for the first time this year. If it is the same it will get two feet tall really fast and hard to pull. I don't like it. I was hoping someone would say what it is and how to get rid of it.

For me it is a weed and really hard to kill. If you can plant it in another place were it can grow, it will not overwhelm your busy lizzies. I put weedkiller on it (not diluted and "painted" on to avoid getting weedkiller on the ground) , it only died partially and it is now coming back. It grows in a really big bush if you let it.

Looks like Poke Salat from the one pic. Birds drop seed, and it comes up all over....in the mid south/south. If stem is NOT woody and will have a blush of red to it, it's likely Poke. Also known as Polk Salad.
