Ants: Safe and Effective Cure
Cheap & Easy Homemade Ant Spray
Hi Arcie. I'm Cindy. Mix 2 cups of Vinegar, 2 cups of Water, 3 Tablespoons of Dawn blue dish soap, and 3 Tablespoons of Table Salt. Mix well and then pour it in a spray bottle. Spray this solution around the entire perimeter of your house. Also, spray the ants when you see them. Wait 2 weeks and spray around your house again. That way you will kill any eggs that the ants have laid.
Hi Arcie - Those little buggers are relentless, aren't they?!? This is the most effective method and all-natural spray DIY that we use with ants. It's best indoors, but will also work outside with more frequent applications. It's even been featured on Hometalk! Hope this helps! Hugs, Holly

I always sit my pet dishes in a low basin of water in the summer. Make sure there is distance between the container side and the dish. The ants will drown in the water and it won't hurt your animals.
