How can I remove carpet glue from cement?
When I bought my house there was outside carpet on the front steps, over the years it started looking bad so recently I began to rip it up and for the most past the carpet came off but the glue residue remained. I have no fancy tools, please how do I get it up as it looks bad! Thanks in advance for any help!!
