If it is a cabinet between cabinets you might be able to remove it and install shelves that fit the space.
You could paint the cabinet. I store serving trays in mine.
You can remove the doors and use it as a display area for some nice serving dishes. You can line it with some fun contact paper like I used recently - https://www.girljustdiy.com/super-fast-wooden-tray-update-with-pretty-contact-paper/
or you can paint the inside a fun bright color.
