How can I beautify the front area of my apartment on a budget (pic)?
Good Day: i am totally excited about being in contact with you about this!!! Attached are pictures of the front area of my apartment. I would love to have recommendations as to how I can economically beautify the area so that I don’t have to see all the unsightly walls, etc.Thanking you in advance with all my heart.

Depending on what your landlord is okay with, the cheapest/fastest two projects you could do would be 1)tidying and organizing the stuff in the entrance area and then 2) painting the area a bright, clean white. It will bring more light into your apartment and make the whole space seem fresh.
After that, a small screen built from the lattice on the wall to hide the water tanks might be something to add too.
I suggest painting it too, if you are allowed. Then just try to consolidate it as much as possible and maybe add a moveable screen?
Interesting space and it could be quite charming with a bit of work. Find out if you can get rid of the various items left behind and if you can paint. If you are allowed to paint, I would go with a bright white or even a pale sky blue on the ceiling to give the illusion of sky. You have room for at least a bistro set and chairs or several chairs and small occasional tables. Fill pots with shade loving plants and toss down an area rug or two and string up some battery powered lights for night time ambience. You can also fill large pots with sand and insert garden flag holders and yard art for more color and interest. Many years ago, living in a condo, I filled a plastic container with kitty litter, placed found sea shells on top and inserted a hand made welcome sign in the container and set outside my front door.
