Yes, just realize it's all very temporary. If ceramic think about it, it's like painting a dinner plate, can't absorb in to it. Will last a while but will need touch up and careful attention in high traffic areas like runners etc
Yep, you sure can. Not in a shower though. Use a good bonding adhesive primer.
Yes you sure can! Royal Design studios sells my favorite stencils for tile. They also sell paint that adheres well to tile. They have full videos on it as well! :)
