Maybe you could add a trellis with climbing plants or flowers to pretty up the side of your garage.
One can paint vines on it or flowers on it.
One can hang a flower box and paint a faux window above the flower box and put either real or plastic flowers in it you can even add shutters around your faux window.
One can attach panels of lattice work framed , with flowerpots at the base of each panel of lattice and one can even have climbing vines growing out of these plants.
One can hang yard art on the wall.
I would keep in mind what the grass or dirt or rain drainage or sun exposure is, on all of this area.
I would also keep in mind if you have something like vinyl siding versus wood siding, then you need to take precautions about putting holes in your vinyl siding so that you don’t crack it.
Here's a big list of outdoor projects we shared recently. They range in cost and skills needed, but I'm sure there's something that would work for you:

Choose a theme and decorate with that. You can pick up decor items on sale right now, end of season.
If it's wood, paint a mural.
If brick or siding, hang decor items with siding clips.
You could paint it and hang outdoor décor on it. I'd stay away from vines, they're very invasive and could cause structural problems down the road, plus they're very hard to get rid of once they establish themselves. Hanging plants on it could cause the wood to rot.
