Soft scrub with a scrubby.
Usually soap and water and a soft sponge will work. If not, step up to a scrubbing brush and powdered cleanser or baking soda. If this fails, coat the marks with GooGone or WD40 and allow ten minutes before you wash off the marks for good. Make sure the side fenders are on your lawn mower safely. Use any trimming equipment safely near the fencing, too. Jewell
