You could place a large planter on it and fill with a small tree and plants
Add privacy fencing and landscaping. Place a tall urn on slab or bird bath. Plant flowers along edge.
Bring a nice group of garden containers and plant some flowers
We painted our concrete and it looks great now. You can pick a color you like. You can peek if you like. https://www.exquisitelyunremarkable.com/2018/08/how-to-paint-concrete-patio-makeover.html
Put a trellis in front of it.
I suspect that a garbage can once was set on the slab, if no garbage service at that area, flowering plants in containers.
With an out house, a pit would have been dug for the deposits.....a lot of garbage also got to the pit, and some pits collapsed inward.
I think it very well could be, I have used outhouses with the concrete slab in front of the door.

Could fill it with a large pot with a beautiful tree. Or fill with a number of colourful plants in pots. Can make a feature. Evenan arch
Paint a nice design on it. Maybe chess board, or greenery and flowers.
I'll bet you always wanted to operate a jack hammer. You can rent a small one from Home Depot or a tool rental company that is not hard to handle. Go wild!
