How do I transfer a photo image onto a cookie?

I’d like to take a photo and do dozens of cookies with that same image. How is that accomplished?

I know bakeries do this with cakes, but you might have to have a special imaging addition to a computer to accomplish it. I would talk to a bakery that does images on cakes for customers and ask what they use.
