DIY Concrete Planters: Cute Pots Shaped Like Cupcakes
We use the metal cup cake holders and mix quickrete cement in them. Follow the cement making instructions on the bag. Press the cement to the sides and bottom and let them dry all night before removing them.Some people put plastic in the cups so they are easy to remove. Let them cure (dry) at least over night. Just turn the forms upside down and lift off the cup, then peel off the paper. Paint the cement as you like and add some potting soil for a plant.
