Is Creeping Charlie in your lawn a good thing or a bad thing?
Is there a sure-fire way to get rid of Creeping Charley?
I was just reading about nutgrass. It's a weed called nutsedge. Apparently what makes it so tough to remove is the little nuts growing off the roots 6 inches or more below the surface. If you dig those up, you can get all of the weed.
Tenancity is what we have found to probably be the best. It is used in conjunction with Surfactant to help it stick. Spray only once in an area and let it dry. Also a dye called Lazer dye is used so you know where it was sprayed. It takes a week to ten days for it to show the weeds dying so be patient. It is not like other formerly used weed killers that are dangerous to humans and pets.
