How can I remove a painted on bird from glass, so I can use the frame?
Glass in frame I bought has a bird painted on it, I thought it was a picture. So now I need to remove the bird so I can use the frame for something else without ruining the glass.

if it’s glass you should be able to use paint thinner on a rag and a plastic scraper with no problem.
If the paint doesnt want want to come off at first, set the rag, dampened with thinner on it for a few minutes and try again.
CAUTION: Make sure you are in a well ventilated area while using the paint thinner!
Use a razor blade. They hardware stores also make handled scrapers that automotive techs use to scrape stickers off of car windows. It is easy to hold and cost about 7.99. Scrape at an angle and you won't harm the glass.
Acetone the kind you get in Lowes, because it is heavy duty not nail polish remover.
