Hi Jane,
Collect up a group of flower pots that will stack up to form shape. Paint them up with stripes around or one colour, then paint on a door and windows and push a stake type garden lamp into the top hole of pot right down into the earth if possible.
That's the basic idea, but you may be able to improve on it............

From Plant Pots to Lighthouse
Hi Jane, I found my inspiration on Pinterest. A few tips: paint the base white first. Once dry paint the rim.
Then assemble and decorate.My windows are vitamin bottle caps. Shells from Hobby Lobby, Dollar Tree solar light tops it off.
