Can you move the pot to a sheltered area? You can tent it to keep it warmer.
Tropical Hibiscus need to go inside for the winter. You will have to re-pot it in the next size and spray it down with horticultural oil prior to bringing it indoors. Perennial hibiscus will die down in the winter and emerge in the late spring, however if that is the one you have you should plant it in the ground to protect the roots.

If you forget to move it inside, then at least cover it during any overnight freeze warning nights, and keep it away from any javelinas!
Cover with Fleece and it should survive. It will loose it's leaves, but they will grow again in the spring.
