Brenda...You can purchase plastic or vinyl covered shelves from Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, etc. They really work nicely in open cabinets with no shelving and create much more storage. Good luck!
An easy quick , no build method is to pick up some wooden crates from Michael's , it will give you that added shelf .
You can buy wire units that stack for bottom cupboards. They work very well for adding more space to store things on and they come in different lengths and heights. Find them in the kitchen section at a local WalMart or Menards.
