How do I remove wax off a veneer floor?

Spilled liquid wax on veneer floor while moving wax warmer. Did scrap off some ,but thin amount remains. Please help

You can place a towel over it and carefully iron over the wax. The iron will melt the wax and you can get it off.
I did that, but used paper towels, so I could just throw them away.
Brown paper bag and an iron set to medium will absorb the wax.
