Buy a package of Shower hanging Rings, tie them together into an intricate pattern. Now get a shower curtain hook (that fastens like a safety pin) & fasten to one end. . That can go over the hook of a hanger. Then slip each scarf thru one of the rings.
I hang shower rings on a hanger and put a scarf through each one of them, you can also hang more rings on the bottom and keep adding rows for as many as you have scarves on the same hanger if you like. I do. Hope this helps
