Murphy's Oil Soap, Old English products or Bona products are all excellent choices.
Start with mopping in this:
½ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp blue Dawn
2 gallons warm tap water
If there's a residue or still dull, try Rejuvenate. It's great for renewal that is short of refinishing.
It will need to be cleaned and re-coated with oil-based polyurethane.
If it needs sanding and refinishing, then the pros use extremely large stand-up belt sanders and you might be able to rent one. You’ll need to remove the baseboard in order to do a pro-level job.
Here are some products that might help. If you don’t get the results you’re looking for you can rent a buffer to buff the floor, but don’t rent one of those big commercial buffers...they are very hard to control, especially if you’ve never used one before.

Hi ! I use a product by Halloway House called quick shine . Make sure you get the one for wood floors ( they make several kinds ) This product gets applied to an already cleaned floor . It goes on like a mop and glow , but it is a floor shiner that you use only once or twice a year . You can use up to 7 coats , that would be like a bowling alley . I used one of two coats once or twice a year and my 60+ year old floors looked new ! I would but a sponge mop from the dollar store to do this , and then throw it out , afterwards . Good luck !
