I put water and dish soap in my pan, then boil the water for about 5 to 10 min. Stir while scraping bottom of pan. Should be easy to get off

To keep from voiding the warranty, you are "not supposed to use abrasive cleaners or cleaning pads, oven cleaners or other caustic cleaning solutions, baking soda, bleach, or liquid household cleaners that are used for floors, porcelain, etc." to clean the pans. That being said, a warranty is of no use if the pan is unusable. First I would try Bar Keeper's Friend and some muscle. Might take you several attempts, but you may prevail if you work on the pan a bit at a time. You might also try boiling some white vinegar and a few drops of Dawn in the pot and see if the burnt crud loosens up---then scrub with the Bar Keeper's Friend. If that doesn't work, call out the big boys---oven cleaner, a straight edge razor blade, and other weapons of mass destruction. Good luck!

Pour ketchup in the pan, completely covering the burned-on spots. Let sit overnight, then clean the pot normally the next day. The acid in the ketchup should remove the burned-on bits.

I have also used a jar of tomato sauce, simmering for a long time at low heat then letting sit for hours, to clean pots with burned-on food or discolorations. Works really well on aluminum pots.

I HAVE USED A PASTE OF CREAM OF TARTAR, MAKING IT WITH WATER & CREAM OF TARTAR. LET IT SET A FEW HOURS THEN ADD MORE WATER & BRING TO A GENTLE BOIL. LIGHTLY SCRAPE USING A WOODEN SPOON. IT SHOULD THEN BE ABLE TO BE SCRUBBED WITH DAWN DISHWASHING DETERGENT & A MICROFIBER/DIAMOND PAD.

    Elbow grease.

  • Cerama Bryte makes a stainless steel pot and pan cleaner. It's my go to if a good long soak in hot water doesn't do the trick.
