I don't think that is possible.
You can hang a magnetic screen on the inside of the door if you don't want to switch your exterior door.
Do you mean you want a screen door on the inside to open in? It would defeat the purpose of a screen door. BTW. Who did that? All exterior doors should open in. The hinge pins on your door are on the outside. A hammer and screwdriver to remove the hinge pins and thieves can get in. In most municipalities it's code for exterior doors open in. Building and fire codes.
I agree with William. Weird situation.
Sounds like an odd Harry Homeowner set up to me. And certainly not to any building code. I would just get the curtain screen availabe at most hardware or home improvement centers.
