Not to sound like I’m a wisecracker, but they come out in the reverse of how they went in. First remove the quarter round (if there is any) and base moldings. Start on one side of the room and work to the other side. Once the flooring is up remove the vapor barrier if there is any. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by how fast the job goes because there’s no measuring and cutting.
Thank you Betty for asking this question. This has been my concern too. Not wanting to start to tear down anything without knowing what to expect. And of course after years of researching everything and all colors some extra years, and a few more years of researching new materials and fixtures. :-)
Take the edge filler up and then it should make it simpler!
