What is the easiest way to clean kitchen linoleum?

Mop with this:

1 cup baking soda

1 cup white cleaning vinegar

1 Tbsp blue Dawn

2 gallons hot water (I boil about 1/3 of mine)

Swiffer

Microfiber is a great option. Use a little hot water and dish soap, it works great. I would not recommend mixing vinegar and baking soda together in a container, they react together to form a salt solution. They do better being applied separately to get the carbon dioxide release. You can just add some vinegar into the hot water and dish soap solution for enhanced cleaning

I use a Swiffer Mop, and it works very well.
