Check the best paint stores and departments for paint made just for painting over tiles. You need to know what type of tiles you have, if you will need to regrout or paint the grout, if a sealer is needed, and if you need to replace the caulk. Most tiles in the USA are ceramic or possibly metal, but they could be fired clay that is porous like brick. Or marble, travertine, or another stone, or cement. Some of these are unlikely, but just a crumb or corner can solve that mystery at the paint store. Good for you for DIYing when you can. Jewell
