Can I make an epoxy counter top on a rounded-edge counter?
I've seen gorgeous epoxy paint/resins and finish as a great update.Sadly, I have rounded edges, not right angles/squares edges. I think I can do it, but will it look stupid?Has anyone tried this?

If you break the surface tension first by using a roller and applying product to the edges then when you push the excess product over it the edges will get even coverage. The key seems to be to take your counter tops off and do this is a place where the excess can drip on a cover area.
Stupid only in the sense that squared edges are easier to update. A granite refinish would be believable, but not with a rounded edge.
That said, I've done full-house design by era for clients for a while. For some reason, I have a harder time creating a vision with my own space in my small 1956 house. I plan to keep mixing MCM with "one day I may sell this place" and my collection of odds and ends from many eras.
I appreciate the vote of confidence! Thanks, Jewell!
Oh you absolutely can!! The trick is to using a brush on the edges so that when the epoxy drips down you wipe the epoxy on the edges for a smooth finish! That way when it cures do you not have "drips" you have a smooth finish!

you need to create a form for that
Actually my real granite counters have bull noses, so it is not an unrealistic thing to see. The bigger challenge is controlling the gravity when the wet product wants to keep moving around the bullnose.
When I read this Caesarstone blog, it made me more curious about epoxy countertops. How do you form an edge for a demi bullnose edge and a quarter round edge?
