There must be a food source for the racoons and crows to be tearing up your yard. Perhaps you have grubs in your lawn. You can rid your lawn of grubs if you think this is the problem. https://www.wikihow.com/Get-Rid-of-Grubs
Sounds like you may have grubs in your lawn and that is why they are digging. See if you can find some kind of powder, or a liquid spray to spread over to see if you cannot kill off the grubs and deter the raccoons and crows from digging. Check your local garden outlet.
