Easy Peasy: Buy garland and just wrap twinkle lights around it. I do this every Christmas. I even used Dollar Store garland doubled. Looks terrific
You can buy plain garland for under $8 online or at Walmart. Then wind the lights in and around it. You could attach the lights or just lay them in the greenery. I just lay mine on it in and out of the branches and it looks great, but if you want to attach it, use green mini zip ties or green floral wire.
