Hi. I am not sure how big the piece of wood is that you need to fix, but when I have furniture missing wood (such as veneer) I fix it like this.... http://www.recreateddesigns.com/2016/03/fixing-veneer-easy-way/
You could also try using a product such as bondo to fill in the missing area.
Determine what length you need to repair the bottom, then go to a store like HOme Depot and see if they have a similar "foot" to replace it. A skilled carpenter could turn an entire leg for you but that might be costly.
