You have to use special carpet stay cloth which is a bit sticky feeling, or Gripper pads or Velcro or Carpet Studs..........The longer the pile the more they will move.
Never thought about velcro. May have to try that. Thanks
Apply the non slip pads to the back of the rug. They are designed to grip the surface they lay on.
