Wire it up on the handle so the Jug is tipping forward (probably at the back end of the handle to find the tipping point) and the handle is on the top. Enjoy!!

Keep in mind that birds will be most attracted to fresh water. Install your water jug in a position so that it is convenient to replace the water when it becomes stale.
