How do I keep my amarillis from falling over when they are in bloom?
IF MY AMARILLIS HAVE A TALL STEM, SOME OF THEM FALL OVER WHEN THEY ARE IN BLOOM, MANY TIMES RUINING THE FLOWERS.

Have you considered putting a trellis by your plants and anchoring it in the ground, or to a structure like a fence.? That would support them and prevent the tipping over.
