Fill a small plastic bag with vinegar. Place it over your shower head and use a rubber band to hold it on. Let it sit for an hour. Remove the bad and scrub with a stiff brush to remove any more deposit. You can use a toothpick to poke in the shower head holes to remove any in the holes. Repeat if necessary or as needed.
