I would suggest using a stain blocking sealer and repaint the wall.
Try OxyClean or Awesome Orange powder on a soaked t-shirt and scrub. The Awesome Orange can be found at Dollar Tree.

I agree with the magic eraser! What color is the wall?
If it soaked in, you may have to deal and paint. First thing I try on any mark or stain on a wall is a damp magic eraser.

White wine or soapy water.
If you don't have an oxi cleaner, chances are you do at least have dishwashing liquid and hydrogen peroxide somewhere in the house. Mix about 3 parts hydrogen peroxide and 1 part dishwashing liquid, then apply to your red wine stain. Let it sit for a while (think 20 minutes to an hour) to do its magic.
