Try using magic eraser ! Good luck !
After looking around for answers, I couldn't find anything specifically, but I'm slightly worried that you have black marks. Is a component malfunctioning in your flameless candle? I don't know that it should be turning black, and I'm a little concerned that it might be a fire hazard.
try a baking soda with toothpaste mix ..it works wonders
Hi Beth,
I saw your question a while ago and I too am concerned that there is something malfunctioning with your flameless candle. It should not have black marks from the "flame". If you mean that somehow something black got on the side of the candle then how you remove it would depend on the material that actually has the mark. Some flameless candles are just made with plastic, some also have wax as an outer coat. If it's plastic, check to see if it's just on the surface or if it has "burned" an area underneath the spot. If it's just on the surface, try the Magic Eraser or Agnes idea of baking soda and white toothpaste. If it's melted some of the plastic under the spot, it may not come off no matter what you try. Wishing you the best.

Hello Irene,
You could try washing up liquid? or cream cleaner maybe. If not working then add transfer to cover marks........
