If you want something a bit more abrasive a white toothpaste and a toothbrush will work.
Rinsing floors is critical I use a wet/dry shop vac and suck up the rinse water.

I steam the areas first to loosen dirt, then literally use vinegar, warm water and a toothbrush. It works great.
