How do I raise my desk 3 - 4"?
It is a glass glass desk, and I do not want to pay the $$$ for acrylic blocks.

Check salvage yards for glass blocks or use metal to keep an industrial look.
I would visit your local thrift store and see if you can find some type of glass object (that you can find 4 of or however many legs your desk has). You might find glass blocks there or even some type of small plate/glass that would do the trick.

Is there a way to make plastic ( white or black) bed risers more attractive to meet your need? I used them in my garage to elevate a wooden table so that I could store a vintage trunk beneath.
You can raise your desk with riser. https://amzn.to/2R1Ua2R
Anything you can put between the glass top and the legs?
You can always spray paint the risers in gold, bronze or silver to contrast the glass legs. What about glass candle holders turned upside down and glued with E6000.
Hello Kagav89, you have a few options, you could make your own blocks, and paint them a color that would compliment the desk. I am not sure how much the blocks are but you can also shop around for another type of affordable nice looking block

Glass mason jars?
My two cents: Bed risers come in a variety of shapes and colors. I've used them not only for beds, but, under the legs of a buffet I use for storage. Underneath I now have room for bins. You can also raise it up with a platform and/or wheels.

my favorite are the wood ones, but, these are made specifically for desks. I'm sure other stores have them, too. I'm only posting the links for Amazon, because they have a large selection:
